Loan Flexibility Request

Our top priority is to ensure the safety and well-being of our Members and staff. The COVID-19 outbreak is a developing situation that we are monitoring closely but we are aware that some of our Members will be impacted in ways that will affect their ability to meet loan repayments in the coming weeks. If you find yourself in this position, we are committed to supporting you.

This form is designed so that Members can request assistance if they are experiencing difficulty, so that we can work with them remotely to consider temporary, flexible repayment arrangements. Following submission of this form a member of staff will be in contact by phone and or email to discuss your personal circumstances. Further documentation may be required.

Please understand that we are receiving a high volume of requests but will contact all members as quickly as possible and will support our members through this challenging time.

COVID-19 SYMPTOMS

  • a cough – this can be any kind of cough, not just dry
  • shortness of breath
  • breathing difficulties
  • fever (high temperature – 38 degrees Celsius or above) or chills
  • Other symptoms are fatigue, headaches, sore throat, aches and pains.
